OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individuals 21 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment LLC (“Sesame Place”) and Hasbro, Inc. (“Hasbro”) (herein collectively (“Prize Providers”), their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, production agencies, electronic media firms, and employees of The Promotion Pipeline, Inc., and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM (ET) on August 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 31, 2011. To enter visit www.earthsbest.com to complete and submit entry form. Entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these official rules including eligibility requirements. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. Limit of one entry per e-mail address.

3. PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prize: A three (3) day/ two (2) night vacation for four (4) people to Sesame Place. Grand Prize trip includes four (4) Southwest airline vouchers; a two (2) night hotel stay(one room, quad occupancy) at a Sesame Place preferred hotel partner; four (4)Elmo’s Any Two Day Tickets (valid for any 2 days during the 2012 season); and four (4) Character Dining Dinner experiences. (Approximate Retail Value: $ 2,206.56 each). Five (5) First Prizes: Earth’s Best Sesame Street Gift Pack (Approximate Retail Value: $35.99 each); Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes: Play-Doh Sesame Street Cookie Monster’s Letter Lunch Playset (Approximate Retail Value: $14.99 each). Maximum Approximate Retail Value All Prizes: $4,967.82. Actual value of Grand Prizes may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Grand Prize trips are subject to space and departure availability and blackout dates may apply. Travel must be completed by October 28, 2012 or prize is forfeited. Trip Winners and Winners’ Guests are responsible for travel to the airport nearest their home serviced by Southwest airlines at their own expense. Grand Prize trips do not include gratuities, phone calls, souvenirs, or any other expense not specifically listed herein. Any expenses not expressly mentioned above are the winners’ sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Estimated circulation of offer: 30,300,000. All prizes will be awarded. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 7, 2011 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Limit of one winner per household. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and shall be required to complete and return an acceptance letter and/ or an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of the date on the notification letter or alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate.

5. GENERAL: Grand Prize Winners’ travel companions will be required to execute a Liability/ Publicity release and return it at the same time as the winners’ affidavits. For winners’ companions who are minors, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute a release form. By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use winners' names, pictures/portraits likenesses and/or voices, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. All travel must be completed within time frame specified by Sponsor. Winners and their respective travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor and Sesame Place assume no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights and park schedules) beyond their control. Any other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the individual winners. Each winner and travel companion requires a valid photo I.D. for travel within the United States at time of departure. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Sponsor and Prize Providers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Any and all taxes are the winners’ sole responsibility. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry in the sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor shall be permitted to use your entry data for marketing purposes consistent with their privacy policies and applicable law. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, ENTRANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, PRIZE PROVIDERS, THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or termination. Sponsor, Prize Providers and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, postage-due or damaged entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind, which limit a person’s ability to enter the sweepstakes. Sponsor and Prize Providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor and Prize Providers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
