1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM (ET) on May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on June 30, 2008. To enter visit the Earth’s Best website www.earthsbest.com to complete and submit entry form. Entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these official rules including eligibility requirements. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. Limit of one entry per e-mail address.

2. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) trip for four people (two adults and two children under the age of 15) to winner’s choice of three Beaches Resorts located in Jamaica during the Beaches WonderFall Celebration September 1, 2008 through October 31, 2008. Trip package includes an all-inclusive 5-day/4-night stay to winner’s choice of three Beaches Resorts located in Jamaica, round-trip coach-class airfare for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Montego Bay, Jamaica. All-inclusive resort package includes all meals, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, Sesame Street activities (not including the Sesame Street character breakfast and themed birthday parties), airport transfers, hotel taxes and tips/gratuities. Maximum value per prize is $4,500.00. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Grand Prize trip is subject to space and departure availability, and travel must be completed by October 31, 2008 or prize is forfeited. Hotel accommodations subject to space availability and occupancy levels. Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to departure date. 3. OPEN TO: Open to individuals 21 years of age or older as of date of entry and who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States. Employees of The Hain-Celestial Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Unique Vacations, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, production agencies, electronic media firms, and employees of The Promotion Pipeline, Inc., and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 7, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Limit of one winner per household. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and shall be required to complete and return an acceptance letter and/ or an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Publicity Release within 7 days of the date on the notification letter or alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate.

5. GENERAL: Trip winners’ travel companions will be required to execute a Liability/ Publicity release and return it at the same time as the winners’ affidavits. For winners’ companions who are minors, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute a release form. Grand Prize winners and companions will be responsible for their own travel identification. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Any and all taxes are the winners’ sole responsibility. By accepting any prize, winner consents to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for promotional, advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor without further compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law.
