Mailed entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2008 and received by May 7, 2008. E-mailed entries must be submitted by 4/30/08 at 11:59 pm EST.

PRIZES: Six (6) Grand Prizes: four day/ three night trip for four (4) to the SeaWorld Park of winners choice (Orlando, FL, San Antonio, TX or San Diego, CA), including round-trip coach air transportation, 3 nights quad-occupancy hotel accommodations at the hotel of the Sponsors choosing, twelve (12) single day park admission tickets, four (4) Dine with Shamu vouchers, four (4) in-park meal vouchers, $200 spending money and Shamu plush toy ($2,500 maximum value each); 50 First Prizes: Earth’s Best Infant or Sesame Street Gift Pack ($39.99 maximum value each); 100 Second Prizes: Shamu hand puppet and $5 in Earth’s Best coupons. ($12 maximum value each) Maximum Prize Value: $18,199.50. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Grand Prize trip is subject to space and departure availability, and travel must be completed by December 15, 2009 or prize is forfeited. 3. OPEN TO: Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents age 21 or older. Employees of The Hain-Celestial Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Busch Entertainment, Corp. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, production agencies, electronic media firms, and employees of The Promotion Pipeline, Inc., and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to win. 4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 7, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Limit of one winner per household. Winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and shall be required to complete and return an acceptance letter and/ or an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Publicity Release within 14 days of the date on the notification letter or alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification letter or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate.

5. GENERAL: Trip winners’ travel companions will be required to execute a Liability/ Publicity release and return it at the same time as the winners’ affidavits. For winners’ companions who are minors, a parent or legal guardian will be required to execute a release form. Grand Prize winners and companions will be responsible for their own travel identification. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made.
