Sometime, Anytime Food Cards

  1. Print cards.

  2. Cut along dotted lines.

  3. Mix the cards up and hand out four cards to each player.

  4. Take turns showing card and decide if it's a "sometime food" or "anytime food".

  5. Make separate piles for each type of food.

  6. Remember "sometimes foods" are ok to eat once in a while in small quantities, while "anytime foods" are healthy and good to eat everyday.
