[Soy free](https://www.earthsbest.com/recipes?dietary=70) [Dairy free](https://www.earthsbest.com/recipes?dietary=73) [Egg free](https://www.earthsbest.com/recipes?dietary=74) ![Chicken katsu toddler recipe](/uploads/generic/_600x744_crop_center-center_none/chicken-katsu-toddler-recipe.jpg) 24+ Months ![Earths best organic chicken breast cooked slices side](/uploads/generic/Ingredients/_225x225_fit_center-center_none/16363/earths-best-organic-chicken-breast-cooked-slices-side.jpg) ![Earths best organic peanut butter swirl](/uploads/generic/Ingredients/_225x225_fit_center-center_none/16417/earths-best-organic-peanut-butter-swirl.jpg) Ingredients 1 can coconut milk 1 red pepper 1 bunch spring onions 2 tbsp curry powder 1/2 cup peanut butter Cucumber 4 chicken burgers/equivalent amount of nuggets Families appropriate amount of rice for serving Method - 1 Heat coconut milk and peanut butter in a pan with diced spring onions and curry powder, when melted and starting to thicken, remove from heat. - 2 Blend the sauce until smooth. - 3 Dice red pepper very finely.
