Ingredients

3/4 cup diced carrot

2/3 cup sweetcorn

1/4 cup diced fennel

1/4 cup water

 

 

Method

    Steam fennel and carrot for 12 minutes (or until soft).
- 2
    
    Place all vegetables in a bowl with the water.
- 3
