# Fluffy Cauliflower Pizzas

These easy-peasy cauliflower pizzas are made with a yummy cauliflower base and packed with 3 yummy veggies! Make this healthy pizza in a few simple steps.

Ingredients

3/4 cup Blended cauliflower puree

1/3 cup Self-raising flour

Topping: 3/4 cup canned tomatoes, cheese sprinkle, oregano sprinkle

 

 

Method

      

 

- 1
    
    Blend flour and cauliflower puree together until it forms a wet dough.
- 2
    
    Spoon out little disks onto greased baking trays. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
- 3
    
    Chop oregano and add to tomatoes. Heat in a sauce pan until the tomatoes have reduced to a thick paste.
- 4
    
    Once bases are cooked, top with tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- 5
    
    Top with new and exciting veg to help your baby explore new tastes!
- 6
    
    Place back in the oven for 3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- 7
    
    Cut into slices + serve to your little one with potato wedges.
