A tangy puree with Butternut and Ginger. It's sure to tickle tiny taste buds!

Butternut and ginger puree baby recipe
Earths best organic butternut squash sliced side
1 x Butternut Squash
A pinch of ginger powder

    Chop the stalk and bottom end off of the butternut.

    Peel off the skin with a vegetable peeler.
  • 3
    Being very careful, chop the butternut lengthways.
  • 4
    Remove all of the seeds and stringy veg fiber from the centre.
  • 5
    Dice into little cubes, steam or boil until soft.
  • 6
    Add a pinch of ginger powder!
  • 7
    Blend with a little of the vegetable water until smooth.
