Create a healthy snack time routine for your toddler

From 24 months, tiny tummies and busy bodies need to eat regularly to get all of the positive nutrition they need to grow up big and strong! Aim to offer 2 healthy snacks and 3 meals a day-and remember you are role model. Let your little one see you enjoying a variety of yummy veggies, fruits, whole grains and more to encourage a healthy love of good food from the start.
