Soft, fluffy muffins with cheese, ham + tasty veggies using Earth's Best Carrot Broccoli pouch! The perfect foodie fun activity to keep little fingers busy!

Earths best organic carrot sliced top
2 cups self-raising flour
1 egg
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mature cheddar cheese - grated
1 slice sliced ham
1/2 cup semi-skimmed or whole milk
1 x Earth's Best Carrot Broccoli pouch
Sprinkle of chopped chives
For decoration: Cherry tomato, Spinach or basil leaves, chives, black olive pieces

    Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F

    Sieve the flour into a bowl.
  • 3
    Crack the egg in.
  • 4
    Squeeze the pouch + olive oil into the bowl.
  • 5
    Slowly add the milk whilst whisking until all of the lumps have gone.

    Stir in the chives, grated cheddar + ham.
  • 7
    Place mixture into lightly greased muffin cases.

    Bake in the pre heated oven for 23 minutes.

    Once cool, use vegetables to decorate with the spinach + basil for ears!
