Our totally tropical pancakes are a super tasty + fluffy recipe. Made with Earth's Best Orange Banana pouch, the perfect sunny start to the day!

Ingredients
1 x Earth's Best Orange Banana pouch
1 egg
3/4 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup of milk
Chopped banana (or another tasty fruit!)
Method
  • 1
    In a bowl mix together the egg, flour, milk and pouch until smooth.
  • 2
    Heat the oil or butter in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of the pancake mixture.
  • 3
    Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown. Deeelicious!
  • 4
    Top with yummy banana.
  • 5
    Mash the banana and cut into fingers before serving to your little one.
